By using the FHCC Forums you agree to the following Terms of Use and any time you break the Terms you can be punished.
So please respect and follow the Terms to keep it a kid friendly place.

--- Terms of Use ---

I. General Chat and Discussion
-You may not register with false information nor join pretending to be someone else
-You may not use profanity nor mask profanity with symbols
-You may not insult other members in any way
-You may not discriminate against any group or person (even if it's jokingly) - Things are easy to take out of context in text.
-You may not antagonize, try to get a rise, or troll any member
-You are not allowed to spam any kind of content
-You may not make fun of or replicate any kind of disability as a joke
-Any double posts will be locked or merged, repeatedly double posting items can result in punishment
-You can't discuss bans openly on the forums, they must be discussed with forum an Admin or Moderator

II. Linking Images/Videos/Files
-You may not link/post any type of Pornography, Hate Crimes, Violence, Acts of Evil, Viruses, Malware, and Trojans

III. Gallery Posting and Signature
-Each member can only have 1 gallery in the Community Photo Gallery
-Each member can only have 1 gallery in the Community Video Gallery
-All Gallery content must follow part II of the Terms of Use
-Your signature must not exceed 500 pixels in width and 140 pixels in height
-Your signature must follow part II of the Terms of Use

--- Punishments ---

Breaking any part of the Terms of Use is fulfilled with punishment. Any member of the Staff can report you to me or a Moderator and they can give you as little as verbal warnings up to permanent club bans. That all depends on the action and amount of times you have broken the rules.
