The easiest way to coordinate is to add a simple Calender on the main page.

People can post

Time:

This way members can hop in

ive got to say that sounds like a good idea aslong as EO's such as myself will beable to update the page

That sounds like a really good idea. That way we have a structure around events and know who will be most likely attending. Good idea!

Its my experience from being on MMO's the trying to schedule things is a pain in the rear, but just posting times works
