- August 7th Late Night Cruise -

Yup, assuming I get the stuff i need to get done around the house completed I'm going to try and be there. Sounds like its going to be a blast and I even did a couple practice runs the other day

We ought to make "Sunday Evening Cruise" a regular thing. No host needed, just open to whichever club members show up.

I extended an invite to my FN co-writer, "Bazt3rd", who joined us last night. He's already in a Car Club, but said he may consider officially joining FHCC.

so to clarify what Rob said,

do we want to make it an unofficial Sunday Cruise posted on the main website, or just keep it as a thread for everyone to see, as a public invitation

Either one would work, I think. Just let it be known to all that if you go online on Sunday evenings, there will be FHCC people to hang with in either game, FH or FM4.

I think we should put up a thread in the FM4 events for the Sunday night cruise events. Might make it more widely know, that and it is really only mentioned in the later parts of this thread.

I hope there's a better way to communicate with or post messages to your car club while in-game in FH.

It was mostly impromptu. There were a four or five of us online and in a party and someone said, "hey, wanna cruise around FM 4 for a bit?" and the rest of us we like, "why the hell not" and then we cruised. Had a couple just bring anything cruises, then did a VW Rabbit race, followed by an american muscle race, followed by a VW corrado challenge in honour of Horizon's imminent release, then a couple more races before I eventually got off to go to bed. It was fun, and like I said, I'm sure we can do another one before Tuesday but if we don't, HORIZON WILL BE OUT AND WE SHALL BE CRUISING THERE WITHOUT BEING CONFINED TO A TRACK AND THERE SHALL BE NO DAMNABLE SLOW GRASS!!!

That is all! I should be on this evening (Wed. 10/17) starting around 4 or 5 pm cst (GMT -5) if anyone else wants to be on!
